  • "Consumer" means any natural person who is acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
  • "Customer" means any person who places an order through our website.
  • "Product" means Herbavascor herbal complex food supplement and any other products offered on our website.
  • "Order" means a request by a Customer to purchase Products from us.
  • "Contract" means the contract for the sale and purchase of Products formed between us and the Customer.

3. Products and Product Information

Herbavascor is a food supplement. It is not a medicinal product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

All product descriptions, ingredient information, and specifications on our website are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not warrant that product descriptions are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Images of products are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may vary slightly from images shown. The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to packaging design without prior notice.

Individual results from using food supplements vary depending on personal circumstances, diet, lifestyle, and other factors. We do not make any claims that our products will produce specific results for any individual.

4. Ordering and Contract Formation

4.1 Placing an Order

By completing and submitting the order form on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products at the stated price. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

4.2 Order Confirmation

After you submit your order, you will receive an automated acknowledgement email. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed when we send you a separate order confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and is being processed.

4.3 Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues
  • Errors in product descriptions or pricing
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Inability to verify payment or delivery information

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will provide a full refund promptly.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include Swedish VAT (moms) at the applicable rate. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

The current price for Herbavascor is €39.90 per bottle (60 capsules).

5.2 Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on orders of €35 or more. Shipping costs for orders below this threshold will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5.3 Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer (Bankgiro/SEPA)

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Area

We deliver to addresses within Sweden and other European countries. Delivery to addresses outside Europe may be possible upon request; please contact us for availability and pricing.

6.2 Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times:

  • Sweden: 2–4 business days
  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6.3 Delivery Risk

Risk of loss and damage to Products passes to you upon delivery to your specified delivery address.

7. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the Products.

This right of withdrawal is provided in accordance with:

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
  • Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler)

7.1 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (this applies to food supplements where the seal has been broken)

7.2 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email or post) before the withdrawal period expires. Please refer to our Return Policy for full instructions.

8. Statutory Warranty and Conformity

We are liable for any lack of conformity of the Products at the time of delivery, in accordance with applicable Swedish and EU consumer law. If a Product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you have the right to:

  • Repair or replacement of the Product
  • A price reduction
  • Rescission of the contract (in certain circumstances)

You must notify us of any lack of conformity within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered it. The statutory warranty period is 3 years from delivery under Swedish law (Konsumentköplagen).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Products or website.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a Consumer under applicable Swedish and EU law.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Chelvareglix or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
