14-day right of withdrawal and our refund process

1. Introduction

This Return Policy describes your rights when returning Products purchased from Chelvareglix and our procedures for processing returns and refunds.

This policy applies to purchases made through our website at https://chelvareglix.world and is governed by:

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
  • Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler)
  • Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen 2022:260)

2. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

As a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the Products.

This right applies to all Consumers (natural persons acting outside their trade or profession) who purchase from us via our website.

3. Important Exception – Unsealed Products

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Herbavascor capsules are sealed food supplements. If you have broken the seal on the product packaging, we are unable to accept a return on health and hygiene grounds, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Section 12 of the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.

If the product seal is intact and the product is in its original, unopened condition, you may return it within the 14-day withdrawal period.

4. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

4.1 Notification

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal written statement before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You may do this by:

The withdrawal period is met if you send your communication before the 14-day period expires. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.

5. Return Procedure

5.1 Returning the Product

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the Product to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us.

5.2 Condition of Returned Products

Returned Products must be:

  • In their original, unopened condition with the seal intact
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

You are responsible for the Product until it is received by us. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service for returns.

5.3 Return Shipping Costs

The direct cost of returning Products is borne by you, unless the Product is defective or does not conform to the contract (see Section 7 below).

6. Refunds

6.1 Refund Amount

Upon receipt of a valid return, we will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

6.2 Refund Timeline

We will process your refund without undue delay and in any event no later than:

  • 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned Product back, or
  • 14 calendar days from the day you provide evidence that you have returned the Product, whichever is earlier.

6.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

6.4 Deductions

We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the Product if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.

7. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a Product that is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the contract description, you have additional rights under Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen):

  • You may request repair or replacement of the Product at no cost to you.
  • If repair or replacement is not possible or is disproportionate, you may request a price reduction or rescission of the contract.
  • You must notify us of the defect within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered it.
  • The statutory warranty period is 3 years from delivery.

In cases of defective or non-conforming Products, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the Product so we can arrange the return.

8. Products Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photographs of the damaged packaging and Product before opening.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at touch@chelvareglix.world with your order number and photographs.
  3. Do not dispose of the original packaging until the matter is resolved.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
